• Tax season is the time for preparing and reporting the results of the previous year. Each and every customer deserves a thorough and comprehensive preparation and review of their taxes. Accordingly, we schedule our capacity for tax season in order to adequately service our customers. It is challenging and difficult to properly onboard new customers during that time at the risk of disrupting service to our existing customers.
